E-COMMERCE
I managed and operated 12 e-commerce storefronts over a 3 year period, including designing and launching four sites from the ground up. I developed and implemented a subscription program for one of the brands, creating a recurring revenue stream. We leveraged e-commerce as an extension of the guest experience, creating post-stay purchases and expanding brand reach to new customer demographics across global markets.
I managed Shop The Standard, for the entire brand porfolio. Curated and maintained a unified product catalog representing merchandise available across all brick-and-mortar retail locations, enabling guests to purchase products after their stay. I oversaw multiple product categories, including branded merchandise, on-property OS&E products, exclusive collaborations, and property-specific items. I managed order fulfillment, customer service, inventory tracking, and revenue.
